Management Unit

• Cleaning and disinfection of entrance & ground floor parking, corridors between apartments / offices, elevators, ceramics / marble, sockets / doors.

• Sweeping and mopping the stairwell and railing along it.

Maintenance Unit

• Immediate emergency interventions in case the damage affects the operation of the building (e.g. loss of power supply, complete loss of lighting)

• Equipment repair operations when the damage does not directly affect the operation of the building
